Help readers make decisions, not collect every stop
WeltFox publishes practical travel guides designed to clarify where to go, how long to stay, what fits together, what is better skipped, and which details need current confirmation.
An article should explain the reasoning behind a workable route. A place appearing on a map, list, or comparison does not automatically make it a compulsory stop. Alternatives should be identified as choices, along with the time or activity they replace.
Uncertainty should be visible
Changing or conflicting information is qualified rather than presented as settled fact.
Material claims need suitable sources
Primary and official sources are preferred when a decision can affect entry, safety, cost, or access.
Commercial value is not editorial proof
A commission does not make a provider, activity, or route the right choice for every reader.

Sources are chosen for relevance, authority, and proximity to the fact being checked. When a suitable primary source exists, it takes priority over summaries and older travel articles.

Some facts need checking again before travel
Visa and entry rules, transport schedules, prices, opening hours, safety conditions, weather, booking rules, attraction access, and local regulations can change. WeltFox uses cautious wording for these topics and links to current official information where practical.
Readers remain responsible for confirming critical requirements with the relevant government, transport operator, attraction, insurer, embassy, or other authoritative source before travel or payment.
Firsthand and researched content
Research is labelled through honest writing
A guide may combine research, editorial analysis, and firsthand knowledge where it is available. WeltFox does not imply that every destination, service, route, or product was personally tested. Research is presented as research, and personal anecdotes are not invented to create artificial experience.
English and Spanish sister articles use the same factual decisions and warning strength. The Spanish edition is independently edited for natural language rather than treated as an automatic translation.
Corrections and article updates
Material changes are reviewed and dated honestly
Readers can report a correction through the Contact page or by email. Include the affected page URL, the statement believed to be wrong or outdated, a reliable supporting source, and the date that source was checked.
Material corrections are reviewed before publication. A substantially revised article may receive a new modified or last-reviewed date. Minor punctuation, spelling, or formatting work does not falsely reset the article date, and original publication dates are preserved.
