Context before checklists
Places, seasons, transport, accommodation areas, and route order are explained together.
About WeltFox
WeltFox is an independent travel publication for people who want to understand a destination before they book. We turn scattered research into realistic routes, useful comparisons, and clear notes about what still needs checking.
Our mission
Travel planning should feel informed rather than overwhelming. A useful guide should help a reader decide what fits, not simply produce a longer list of places to save.
WeltFox organizes destination research into practical explanations, realistic route options, and comparisons that show the tradeoffs. The aim is to explain why a place may matter, how it fits into a trip, what could be left out, and which details should be confirmed before travel.
Editorial principles
Places, seasons, transport, accommodation areas, and route order are explained together.
Comparisons should help readers choose, including when the quieter or shorter option is better.
A guide should distinguish the core trip from optional additions and unnecessary hotel changes.
Visas, schedules, prices, access, weather, and safety conditions are not treated as permanent.
Who runs WeltFox
Miyuru Kanchana founded and edits WeltFox. The publication focuses on practical itineraries, transport choices, costs, seasons, safety considerations, and the decisions first-time visitors need to make.
The idea took shape while Miyuru was travelling toward Kazbegi, Georgia. That experience led to a publication concerned not only with where to go, but with the reasoning behind a workable trip. The editor profile explains the background and current research approach without suggesting that every guide is based on a personal visit.
What we publish
Research and bilingual publishing
Guides may use government and tourism sources, transport operators, attraction websites, embassy or immigration information, reputable current references, reader corrections, and editorial judgment. Primary sources are preferred when a changing fact could materially affect a trip.
Some guides include firsthand knowledge where it exists. Others are researched and edited planning resources. WeltFox does not invent personal anecdotes or imply that every route, service, or destination has been personally tested.
English and Spanish pages are sister guides built from the same factual decisions. Spanish editions are edited for natural, neutral Spanish rather than published as automatic sentence-by-sentence translations.
Commercial transparency
Some pages contain affiliate links or click-to-load booking tools. WeltFox may receive a commission when a reader follows an eligible link and completes a purchase, at no additional cost to that reader. A commercial relationship does not make a product or route suitable for everyone and does not guarantee positive coverage.

Questions and corrections
Questions, factual corrections, copyright concerns, and partnership enquiries can be sent through the Contact page. A correction report is most useful when it includes the page URL, the statement involved, a reliable source, and the date checked.
